About the Role:
Join our dynamic Invoice to Cash Team and play a crucial role in managing billing processes and achieving cash targets for CCE. You will be responsible for handling escalations, managing suspended accounts, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collections and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the escalation point for EMEAR accounts.
- Own the suspension and termination process for CCE.
- Maintain accurate records of manually suspended accounts.
- Provide weekly updates on suspended accounts and collaborate with collectors/customers on resumption or termination.
- Resolve customer escalations within EMEAR.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for EMEAR accounts sent for collections.
- Review reports and update account statuses.
- Assist in resuming suspended customers by identifying and resolving underlying issues.
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed before transferring accounts to third-party collections.
- Validate invoices from third-party collection agencies to ensure timely payment processing.
- Apply payments from D&S third-party collections and write off applicable fees.
- Process write-offs for accounts where collections efforts have been exhausted, ensuring accurate AR aging.
- Manage payments from third-party customers and confirm closure with D&S.
- Raise and correctly apply ad hoc Withholding Tax credits.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Additional European languages (French/German) are a plus.
- University degree.
- Previous experience in collections.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of internal Invoice to Cash processes.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong confidence in communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial tools/systems (Oracle, Pega, MicroStrategy).
- Ability to adapt to changes in a transformation environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
