Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Business communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Previous experience in Incident Management would be huge asset.
- Proven experience in ITIL incident management (preferred).
- ITIL certification (preferred).
- The position operates on a 24/7 schedule with 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM and 6 PM–6 AM), totaling approximately 14 shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Take charge of the full incident lifecycle, ensuring swift resolutions with minimal impact on business operations.
- Proactive Problem Management: Identify and analyze recurring issues, and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Service Improvement: Continuously explore ways to improve processes and elevate service quality.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.
