Cisco Public Sector Germany is driving business with the authorities of the federal administration of German government on the basis of frame contracts. Cisco Frame Contract Management team (FCM) ensures efficient and compliant execution of these frame contracts as an interface between end-customer, partner, Cisco sales team and other Cisco internal stakeholders. The FCM team supports the partner and Cisco sales team in offer- & deal management, business reporting and approval processes. Furthermore FCM owns self-developed IT tools and processes to fulfil certain contractual requirements and to ensure transparency and compliance.
This open position will be part of the Frame Contract Management team.

Job Role:

We are looking for an individual who is keen to support the end-customer, partner and Cisco sales team in order to ensure a seamless frame contract execution working with established Cisco tools like CCW, SFDC and dedicated IT tools.

Scope:

• Deal support for Cisco sales team and partner using Cisco tools:
  1. manual intervention in partner deals
  2. deal submission, follow-up with internal deal approvers, communication back to partner and/or Cisco sales team
  3. recurring activity if the partner reopens previously approved deal
• Dispatch of customer requests using FCM developed IT-tool
• Offer sign-off and documentation
• Preparation of monthly price lists using Cisco tools and Excel

What You will do in addition:

• You will support Cisco sales team with ad hoc reporting requests / needed transparency to drive towards our common success
• You will also focus on supporting our journey to an optimized frame contract execution to drive simplicity & efficiency in our set up processes

Necessary skills:

• German language (spoken and written)
• Problem solving mindset
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Eager to learn and adapt in a non-standard changing environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Advances MS Office Skills
• Preferably experience in working with Cisco tools (especially CCW, SFDC)

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of internal Cisco processes
• Experience in data visualisation tools
