Are you an experienced Incident Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a Major Incident Manager on behalf of our client. If you're skilled at handling critical IT incidents and thrive in fast-paced environments, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Business communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Previous experience in Incident Management would be huge asset.
  • Proven experience in ITIL incident management (preferred).
  • ITIL certification (preferred).
  • The position operates on a 24/7 schedule with 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM and 6 PM–6 AM), totaling approximately 14 shifts per month.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Take charge of the full incident lifecycle, ensuring swift resolutions with minimal impact on business operations.
  • Proactive Problem Management: Identify and analyze recurring issues, and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
  • Service Improvement: Continuously explore ways to improve processes and elevate service quality.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.
