Your Role:

You’ll take center stage in enabling seamless technology by providing technical and operational support across various solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting and resolving complex network and operational challenges.
- Optimizing product performance and tailoring customer solutions.
- Collaborating with engineering, QA, and customer teams to drive success.
- Contributing to knowledge base articles and delivering technical training.
- Occasionally traveling to provide hands-on expertise and technical insights.

What You Bring:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support for advanced networking and wireless solutions.
- Expertise in authentication protocols, VoIP troubleshooting (SIP, SVP, H323), and process optimization.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A willingness to work in shifts and tackle challenges head-on.

Preferred Superpowers:

- Enterprise Networking Expertise: Hands-on experience in planning, testing, implementing, and supporting wired and wireless technologies.
- Certifications: CCIE, CWNA, ACCP, ACMP, ACMX, ACDX, RHEL.
- Advanced knowledge of wireless protocols (802.11ax, Wi-Fi 6/7), RADIUS, PKI, and VPNs.
- Proficiency in Linux, SQL, APIs, troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, nmap), and more!
